Position Overview

Do you have the skills to craft precision tooling and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a Toolmaker to join the dynamic team and contribute to the creation of high-quality injection mould tooling!

This role is at an international business, located in Worcester

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture high-quality tooling using manual machines and hand tools
• Work to tight tolerances, ensuring the highest precision standards
• Assemble, fit, and polish tooling and dies
• Check tooling with CMM to ensure compliance with required tolerances
• Interpret engineering drawings and work independently
• Maintain a clean and efficient workspace
• Champion health, safety, and environmental best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Fully skilled, time-served toolmaker
• Experienced with manual milling machines, grinders, and lathes
• Proven ability to work with all materials and meet tight tolerances
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team
• A positive and professional attitude, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
