Salary – up to £24000 per annum
Hours A maximum of 28 hours per week, dates/times to be agreed

Full job description

We are looking for a Workshop Operative to join our team to carry out a range of duties.
Responsibilities
Checks and maintenance of the company vehicle assets
Packing of parts for dispatch
Delivering and collection of parts, as required, using company transport
Maintenance of the company estate:
Cleaning and keeping tidy of workshops
Gardening/landscape duties
Keeping yards swept and tidy
Clearance of rubbish
Performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks as required
Basic buildings maintenance
Regular machine maintenance checks
Occasional assistance to workshop fitters in lifting and production tasks

Experience / Skills

Must have a full and clean UK driving license
Previous experience in a similar role
Able to work under own initiative
Good time management skills
Able to work in a physical role requiring lifting and manual labour
Fluent in English language (verbal and written)
Proactive, friendly and a positive attitude
IT literate
