Permanent 360 Recruitment

Permanent Recruitment is very similar to our temporary model, however this covers a wide variety of sectors. We pride ourselves on our permanent recruitment process from start to finish. From the initial offset we will get the full details of the job role and what your company expects of their employees. We advertise through our CRM system which includes over 4000 candidates free of charge, and various job boards which can prove to be very costly to clients when doing it directly with no guarantee of success. We save you time and only match applicants that our experienced team feel meet the criteria required. From this our team put forward applicants for second interviews, allowing clients to pick from the best candidates. This prevents a lot of time wasted for many HR teams, therefore providing the best outcome. Our clients find it very helpful to have their recruitment and training needs all in one place.

Training and Development

Through our vast contacts in the transport and training industries we are best placed to offer a one stop shop for all our clients to book training facilities. Ranging from CPC virtual courses to Practical HGV Testing we can offer training services at different locations across the UK. We also provide upskilling for our current temporary driver pool and new drivers registering. We will consider training for all our drivers and clients alike. Most of our clients like using Wright Staff as a one stop shop for recruitment and training.
