Rich joined us in the summer of 2022 and comes from a Security background. With over 15 years of experience within private security and as a nightclub doorman, Rich has gained valuable interchangeable skills that have been adapted to his role as a Permanent Recruitment Consultant.

Prior to joining Wright Staff, Rich worked in recruitment for 12 months in the Engineering and Manufacturing sector, proving to be a valuable part of a close knit team. Working from a blank canvass Rich quickly made his name known amongst clients nationwide with his pro active approach to selecting and supplying the perfect candidates for the vacancies. His listening skills have proven invaluable to both candidate and client.
